I think this has some good age to it, it measures approx. 10 1/4" tall. It is signed on the base, any ideas as to who made it? Any info would be helpful, thank you!

In all likelyhood its a studio glass piece & there are hundreds of such operations in the U.S. Now your pictures are too small & the first picture will not enlage enough to be of any help in identification & the 2nd picture shows the signature at an angle which renders it unreadable so what is needed is a straight shot downward of the signature itself & just the signature not the entire base. Simply add the new pictures to your post by replying & adding them. Welcome to the board.

Thank you, lets see if this is better.

Here is maybe a better size image of the entire thing?

the sig. looks as though it might be Elia............. if you punch this into the Web you get a variety of art glass pieces from Elia Glass, although I didn't see this exact design.
Most of their pieces look to be modern ish.

Thank you very much. I also found a German modern maker who signs his work Elias, so might be the same maker? I will try and contact them both and see if they can ID it. Thanks again
