Title: French but which factory?

Hi All

this is French I think, heavy, but low domed. it has a concave base and a 'St Mande groove' but unlike the midriff  groove on my other st Mandes, this groove is almost at the base. The glass is clear without a green tinge.... any suggestions?

Hi Don.  If not St Mandé, then maybe Grenelle?
