Title: Paperweight for ID - presuming Chinese modern. ID = Chinese

ID for what I think is probably a modern Chinese weight, I think it is called a blue feather net, but could be completely incorrect.

Height is 3" approx and has a diameter of 3" approx, flat polished base.
