Title: Abstract glass - please help me ID

This glass abstract piece was left in an old house and there is no identification on it.  It is heavy and the 4 points are 14" high.   Can you please help me identify it?  Thank you

It might be Chalet Glass in Canada (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=chalet+glass+canada&es_sm=122&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=Ra-WVMOSCZbVav_ZgdgE&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1178&bih=1093), which is well known for this type of ornament.
