Anyone seen this before? The inside is opalescent, the outside smoke.

Weird badge on the front, can't be English in that style. Nice looking piece of glass though, does it look better turned around? Base?

no surprises on the bottom - the piece is mould blown, polished at the top so I expect the outcome to be Czech. But you never know!
