Is it a vase, is it a lamp base?
Tallish red [definitely not flashed red on clear] footed 'thingo'.
I wouldn't call it Amberina, mid section colour variation is due to wall thickness in that area.
Top edge very 'unfinished' ground edge to be a vase, and a bit small for other than stem vase use. Perhaps it is such vase and missing a metallic rim?
My other thought is that it could be a lamp base, electric or oil lamp, again missing a finishing component... perhaps.
There is residual, what looks like, epoxy glue on top edge/rim [thats not chip] having me think something is missing here.
Base for... something else? Bit tall for a comport stand base.
330mm H x 117mm Dia. foot x 30mm Dia. opening.

No constructive thoughts here sorry. I would doubt a lamp base, stability looks like it would be a problem - far too easy to knock over.

Candle stick .... missing a holder?
Upon close inspection the top [tall twisted body] is glued to base disc.
Remnant glue on rim of top has me thinking another red glass piece was there.
