Title: ID Help on Art Deco Cased Glass Vase

I wonder if anyone knows what this is? Frosted clear over white, great art deco form. The base is ground flat and looks frosted as well. Top edge is ground, polished and beveled on the edge. Any Idea of Maker? Origin? Date?

Style is modern not Art Deco.
