Title: American Art Glass Vase ID Help. ID = Glass House Studios

i have a studio art glass vase with iridescent oil spot style ground of purples, greens, fuschia with gold hearts. It is American and signed, but I can't decipher the signature. It was made in 1989. The underside is marked V19005. I was wondering if anyone recognized the artist.
