Title: Tricorn blue red orange bowl help please.

I'm sure one of these must have been on here at some point but I can't find anything similar, I thought it might be kamei or Chribska.

It has a label on it "foreign hand made".

The label is loose as it was stuck to the underside of a piece of felt that was on the base.

9 inches in length, roughly 5 inches in height and 3 1/4 inches across the base.
