This? A gift to me by a local collectables trader. Haven't had this long.
Seems to be well made.
Rim ground flat, 2mm bevel outer edge then highly polished... not flame polished.
Flame polished pontil scar.
Handles fused... fair symmetry in handles and body form.
I see a nice woman shape in it... A Teal Lady.
Lovely consistent teal green colour... happens to be my all time fave colour too!
A change from the blue
That I seem to attract over time. :-\
Has been used as a vase... slightly vegetated but not water damaged.... it will clean.
This was in a stack of non-Aus. pieces I have to ID, but brought it forward due to finding a similar piece, colour and handles at least, on eBay.
I hazard a guess vendor doesn't know heritage either.
Shall I invite them to forum?

It's a 'not for sale' for me due to gift nature... and pretty colour all day - 24/7.

This thing has me interested in how it was made now that I look closer.
About 20mm from base of upper globe I can see a join between the two.
I can't feel any join on external or internal at all. It's what I can see at the correct angle appears to be a very faint horizontal line, not in colour at all, more like a fused join. It's not a tide mark from water inside at some stage in it's life.
It corresponds to the position of the rim in the eBay example.
Yet there is absolutely no change in curvature of the globe at the join, no any difference in colour between the two. Absolutely no jointing lumps or bumps internally either, except for one little black spot felt internally at the joint which had me taking a closer look. No difference in wall thickness across the piece at or near apparent join. ???
Whoever made these things, it's highly skilled manufacturing process involved.
Amazing stuff this medium. I just can't help thinking ... how did they ever do that?
Are those handles typical of any euro style known folks?

reed handles are more or less standard in Italy and in Bohemia. But not exclusively so...

I doubt there is a join; looks mould blown to me. There is also no pontil scar; that's rings from cooling, especially if the rim is ground. Reeded handles are found on English glass too but the colour looks more Italian.
