Title: orange and red hooped vase, 70s, please help with ID?

Bit out of my depth here.
It is 27 cm tall, shows air bubbles, but not very big ones. Very lovely quality. Thank you in advance!

It has a Polish look to my eye, something to search for anyway, don't forget to use search on this message board.
