[ So I just got my 1st piece of glass.... I've always wanted to get into collecting and finally got a piece.
I found this yesterday and listened to my instincts and got it. I'm not very familiar with glass but its very beautiful and the piece is signed on the bottom and looks like it's numbered "07/654"
I've been looking online for HOURS but can't find anything on the signature..... Can anyone read this? Looks like it says " By Bennet or Guy Bennet" or something like that signed on the bottom.
The vase measures 7" tall x 8" wide and is pretty heavy weighs: 9 lbs, 9oz.
Is anyone familiar with this or know where I can take it to get checked out?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I hope someone recognizes it.... I've literally spent HOURS trying to research it. ..... Does anyone know what kind of style it is? Quality? ....I'm such a noob....I have no-idea...
Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated.

I would call this Studio Glass. It was probably made fairly recently. Studio glass has its official birthday on 23rd of March 1963, but I think this is a lot more recent.
However, given you are in the States, it is likely to be from that end of the world (although glass travels extensively) and I'm not able to help you with recognising anybody's names or styles, sorry.
