Title: Large vase with red interior and colourful exterior - Chinese?

Hi - I'm new to the board, so apologies if I'm meant to post this somewhere else! Hoping to get some advice...

I was given this large vase some time ago and I'm curious about who the maker/designer is. The vase is 48 cm high and weighs 6.5kg. The base is polished and flat, and has very few scratches, so I think it is probably quite new. I can't find any markings. The glass is very thick.

It's quite beautiful... a bright red interior, with waves of different colours and gold flecks on the outer, which has then been surrounded by a thick layer of clear glass.

I would vote Chinese.

That really is tall, can you add a photo taken in daylight and without flash?
