Title: Inside out type vase coach bolt pontil mark

Not very good photos reminded me a bit of a Isle of Wight or Monart style base
Any suggestions appreciated.

I'm clueless. It doesn't look like a coach-bolt mark though. That has a deep round well in the blob of glass applied. And the applied blob looks too deep for Monart. (and it's not a Monart shape or colourway)
The colours in the first image look a little Weidmann-ish.
Sorry I can't offer any more than that.
