Title: Small globe vase signed 'Cowes' - an IOW studio?

There is a small, speckly pink globe vase on eBay at the moment that seems to be signed 'Cowes'. Does anyone have an idea of origin?

It is possibly Isle of Wight, but I have no real idea. Thanks for help.

Is is it the Cowdy Glass gallery, Forest of Dean, UK - for which the website says "Courtyard Gallery"? Various artists.
