Title: Asian etched thick glass vase. ID = China

Hi everyone.

I have a thick glass vase with an Asian style scene etched into it. The etching has been coloured in. There are also two marks etched into the vase and coloured red. The marks have Asian characters but I don't know what language they are.

I have done some googling and have seen a lot of examples of similar vases with the same two marks on them. They have been mainly listed as Chinese and couple of times Japanese, but none of the descriptions for the vases had a translation of the text in two markings.

Does anyone know who made this vase? Alternatively, can anyone translate the two markings?
