bought for a few quid at charity shop, wondering if its a ysart harlequin weight, four outside bubbles one central one

Perthshire Paperweights PP7 (if medium size 2.5 inch diameter) or PP8 (if large 3 inch), 1969 - 1971 and known in early PP literature as "Aladdin's Cave".
Note also that John Deacons makes similar items.
