Your blue urn shaped vase is pressed glass made by Aug. Walther, Saxonia, shape FONTAINEBLEAU (page 89 of their catalogue 1934)
Very nice, especially as you've got it complete with its plinth!  :)

It was purchased in India around that period by my maternal great grand mother.
