Title: Toothpick or match holder peasant boy ID please. ID = Baccarat

I recently bought this little chap....just wondered if anyone had any idea of an ID ..the peasant boy, leaning against a basket, has a pick by one hand and is resting on a lantern. I am guessing its a toothpick or match holder.
