Hi all,
Please can anyone help to identify this footed vase?
It stands approximately 6 inches (15 cms) tall and is approximately 4 inches (10 cms) at the widest point.
There are 5 separate bands of Rigaree work around the vase.
The vase has a hot worked finished lip and a small broken pontil mark to base.
Many thanks to all replies in advance. :)

It is a bit on the dark side so not sure - but at least the colour looks very Empoli verde.

Hi
The colour is deep emerald green and is very reminiscent of 1920's. The foot is applied a little off centre. There is a fair amount of age related wear to the base which I couldn't photograph due to the limitations of GMB with size of photo's.
The glass itself, feels a very good quality glass.
Doe this information help?
Kind Regards

Spanish Gordiola? ???
-
Hi,
It looks very much like the decanter described as a Gordiola 'Menade' decanter, pictured in lot 6370 here : http://www.twgaze.co.uk/auction/lots/?id=742¤tpage=10
without the very fancy stopper.
Regards
Nick

aha that's a convincing olive gordiola colour probably by Bernardo Gordiola in the 1960s
