Title: Cobalt Blue Glass with numerical markings

I have 10 cobalt blue glass salad plates that have tiny number marks on them.
They are 4, 8, 13, 16, 20, 24, 25, and 31 (on 3 plates).

Do these marks give any info on maker or age, etc.?

Such numbers are usually the numbers of the machines on which they were made
