Hi can anyone help me identify this green glass vase. I thought it was probably Czech but I haven't been able to find another in this shape.
I will be very grateful for your thoughts and comments.
Thanks

Thought i'd give this a bump to see if anyone has any ideas about this vase ???
-
would agree with your thoughts Charlotte, but can't off-hand see this one in Mark Hill's book, and have had only a brief look at the Sklo Union CD catalogue.
Am sure the colour is o.k. - seem to recall I had a Rudolfa vase, the one on page 76 in the book, in this green - although judging by other colours in the book, this shade of green seems uncommon.

Thanks for your reply Paul.
Yes I have one of the page 76 vases in the blue. It really reminds me of my unidentified one. The green is a beautiful colour and looks fab with a bunch of daffs in ;D

If it turns out to be Sklo Union then the green is not uncommon, at least not in my experience.
How tall is the vase?
John

you may well be right John, and it does say as much in the book - perhaps the dark green was more common for that design only - for me the blue seems to turn up more often.

Hi, It is 19.5 cm tall and 10.5 cm diameter across the top

Thanks, dimensions are often useful for further reference. I wanted to search that CD database Paul mentioned for vases 20cm tall but I can not make the old software work on my new computer... Not sure why but the disc looks badly scratched.
