Title: Please help to identify this pressed glass pedestal sugar basin.

Hi,
This pressed glass pedestal sugar basin bears some pattern similarities to Percival Vickers Rd# 80632 and Rd# 29145, not that this amounts to anything  ???. If anybody has any I.D. ideas, they'd be very welcome.
