Title: ID Help please Scandinavian, English (Whitefriars)???

Any thoughts please on origin of this 6 inches tall vase. My first thought because of colour was possibly Riihimaki but base doesn't look right so I wondered if possibly Whitefriars.
All thoughts greatly appreciated

Not Whitefriars Scandinavia sounds a good starting point :)

The base looks Polish or Chinese - I would have expected a better finish from any Scandinavian firm, even the smaller ones.
