Title: Glass ID- Low Double Square Art Glass

Any thoughts on what this might be? I originally thought perhaps riihimaki, but I'm sure now I'm wrong on that! The base is a smaller square, and the sides are lightly ribbed/ ridged. Any ideas appreciated! :-)
