I am sure this bowl has appeared here before but I can't find it.....does anyone have an idea of an ID please?

I slightly suspect a lot of manganese, rather than any uranium here. Does it still "glow" when there is a good distance between the UV light and the bowl - say 6 feet? (if your light is strong enough to reach that far)
The colour, in daylight doesn't look right for any sort of uranium glass, and the glow itself isn't very bright.
It isn't picked up by the whole bottom of the bowl. :-\

Very pretty! uranium glass, I'd say
Heinrich Hoffmann or possibly a later production by Desna
I've got a plate in jade/Malachite green bearing the Butterfly mark

:-[ I'm still learning.

I should do more research! This did not strike me as being recent Desna, I would assume Hoffman. I can't remember, is there much wear underneath Angela?

Thanks Pamela !! I thought it looked like a good piece....thanks John for selling it to me.....it doesn't have very much wear on the base at all.

Big apology please!! :'(
The green plate marked Hoffmann looks very different, and although the quality of your bowl, Angela, points well into Bohemia, I wish to withdraw this identification! The search continues...
Apologies again :-X

Never mind Pamela....back to the research books...it is a lovely piece and will stay in my collection anyway ;)
