Post by: Luus44 on June 07, 2015, 04:28:06 PM
Can anyone tell me if this Paperweight is from Perthshire or maybe Whitefriars? I am interested in buying this paperweight, but i am not shore from wich glasshouse this is. The box is from Perthshire but there is no P cane. I have my doubts about this paperweight.

So i need a little bit help.

For this moment..... thank you.

Hi Luus44.  It is Perthshire...the 'P' should be part of the white date cane in the base. I think it is a 1993A design.

Thank you Alan for Identification. Do you have any idea what it is worth?

Regards,

Hi Lucienne.  It is GMB policy not to discuss values on the board, but if you send me a private message (or email through my website link) I am happy to offer my opinion.

Can I ask if these are your own photographs you have posted of this weight? (Given you say you are only considering buying it.)
If they're not yours, do you have permission from the owner to use them?

I ask, because the board could get into trouble with copyright issues if they're not your images.
Posting a link to an auction site which shows images is grand - that way there is no copyright problem.
