I have split this decanter out of your thread about the cut glass dish because, for ID purposes, it can become complicated if we discuss different items in one thread.

certainly a possibility:)  .......  although unless someone recognizes this particular shape and design, then you might have a very long wait for the answer.

However, before we start speculating  ....           please provide dimensions, also whether or not there are 'matching numbers on the stopper and body (neck area probably)  -  might be useful to comment on the extent of wear.
Depending on the size, this may have been intended for liqueur, perfume, cologne, sherry, or brandy   -   obviously smaller bottles were for dressing table items, and larger ones for booze.

This one doesn't look particularly like ABP, and have to say that I don't recognize the pattern - but as you can imagine there are zillions of pieces of cut glass out there  -  with masses unattributed.
