Title: Frilly rim engraved and enamel decorated glass jug with combed handle.

Hi all,another from the weekend that I've got down as Bohemian and late 19th century,the only thing that has me slightly second guessing is the base,it has a thin edge with wear and then steeply concave to a broken pontil,any thoughts thanks,6.5"ht.
