Title: Very Large cased vase identification needed please!

Hi there

any ideas anyone.  It is very large - 20" tall and approx 12" wide,  As you can see in the photo of the top there appears to be layer of white between to layers of red. Triple cased?

Any help in identifying would be appreciated. Out first thoughts are Holmegaard or other Scandinavian???

Italian would be my guess.
