Title: Magnum controlled bubble P/W ?

I am sure I have seen this type of internal design before but cannot put my finger on it. My initial thoughts were Caithness but not found anything as yet.
Its 11cm or 4 7/16 inch dia and 10.5cm or 4 1/8 inch tall. Has controlled bubble pattern and a flower type decoration within, The base has been plastered with glued hard felt on it but I can see the base has been ground and polished. It weights in at 1.700 kgs . Any help on manufacturer please.
