Title: Controlled bubble novelty hat vase/uranium glass.

Hi all,I found this 2 to 3" vase on the same table as my Sowerby Ivory sugar and had it down as a Stuart piece,but I can't find that thread now so I'm not sure,it glows and has some good wear to the base,any thoughts many thanks.
