Title: Help with signed glass "shard"

   Hi, I was hoping you could give me some help in regards to identifying the country of origin and if possible, any information about the maker/date of the following signed glass "shard".
   It's approx. 30cms tall.
. Many thanks in advance for any kind of help you may be able to provide me with, also, my apologies for the poor pictures!
