Title: Large Ostrich-egg-sized paperweight/doorstop , White with red,yellow blue etc..

This doorstop/paperweight is about 6  inches tall . It has a high polished base with some age. Any idea of maker / age please. Thanks for having a look ! Cheers Mike...   P.S.  The colours are White, red, blue ,yellow and black.
