Measures 7 1/2" X 2" wide. Is the design lattice work? Stands on it's base but also very well balanced on its edge.
Need help with orgin, maker, title (use) and value?
-
Yes for napkins. It looks like screen-printed slumped glass to me, possibly German
-
If German, probably Filigranglas.
How thick is the glass? Filigranglas tends to be quite thin.

Yes very thin.

Printed, not filigrano. I vote Paşabahçe...
-
Turkish?
Filigrano is a technique, isn't it Ivo, not the German maker of printed slumped glass, "Filgranglas" - unless I've got the name wrong, but that's what I've seen written on the labels. ???
-
Yep. Could be anything really - even Mediterranea recycled.
-
The interesting thing about this piece is that if I sit it on it's edge it is very well balanced.

https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flabeg tells us the company went into receivership in 2013 (the text is considered not to be fully correct, however).
1980 - 2000 it was owned by Pilkington (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilkington).

Hi
don't know how accurate this is, as I searched for chance glass when I saw this, but the seller believed it to be and described it as Spiegelunion Flabeg West Germany?
