Title: Long stem glasses. Black glass stem encased by clear glass crystal?

Tall on is 5" has a crack at base and stem. Second in about an inch shorter with a couple of flea bites at the rim. Both stem are clear glass encasing black. Maker, era? Thank Frank

PS. Unable to post resized pics only the one. Very fustrating

These are U.S. however I never get involved in stemware because there were hundereds in not thousands of patterns & etches made by close to 50 manufacturers for decades. I suggest you post these to our largest U.S. based board below. There are 2,725 members & someone can probably ID them within 12 hours. They can range from the 1920s to the 50s. Offhand they remind me of Morgantown but again I don't get involved with stems.

OP had stems Ided in approx 90 minutes.
 Morgantown #7606-1/2 Athena Champagne, crystal bowl and foot with cased ebony filament. (taller one) If you can give me the height and diameter of each, I could be more sure what the smaller one is used for. Could be a sherbet. ca. 1931.
