Title: Hi does anyone recognise this paperweight please? Thanks :)

Hi
this is a 3 and half inch x 3 and half inch paperweight with loose twin coloured ribbons (red/yellow) worked to form circle like patterns encasing inner twin coloured (blue/white) ribbons, each circle is cushioned between irregular flattened air pockets? :/ It's totally unmarked apart from a sticky caution label to the base. Does anyone know anything about the maker or country of origin or anything else please?
