Title: Chamber stick Jacobean or Lord ??

Found this lovely large chamber stick this week and just wondered is it Jacobean or Lord and how would I tell the difference ...if any ? measurements  are 6.5" diameter x 3" high...I am guessing the small blob of glass to the side of candleholder is to hold a candle snuffer ?

If the base rim has been polished to a high gloss, it was made by Inwald. Does that help?

And yes the blob is to hold a snuffer. :)  That's a nice piece - not see one before!
