Title: Heavy glass bowl czech? Skrdlovice Ladislav Palecek?

Hi again  :) Would love to get your help on indentifying this heavy glass bowl i found
today. I cant get my hands on any info, Ladislav Palecek for Skrdlovice would be my best guess
but i think im totally off.

Size is: Around 18 cm diameter and around 8 cm height.

It could be Hinari or Kamei of Osaka, Japan. 1960s or 70s. Here's a picture of one I sold recently.
It might of course not be though...
