REGD No 564434 is for W A Bailey (same source as before - the Blue Book), registered 10 June 1910.

Ivo's little book (Miller's glass fact file a-z, by Ivo Haanstra) gives W A Bailey & Co as a glass maker located in London, active c.1908, trade names include Rockware Glass. (Ivo's book is recommended to you as an extremely useful source of info on glass makers and making - it's not at all expensive and may be found on sale at Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.)
