I have never heard of any faked Willie Manson weights.

Agreed - I don't see why anyone would fake Willie Manson pieces: they are not particularly expensive.

Hi, The paperweight should read William Manson Snr.
I am sure he did this to identify paperweights he made while his son William Manson Jnr
was working with him in his studio.

If somebody else could make them as well as Willie can, they would be daft not to be using their own name and making their own reputation. :)
