Bought this from Sweden a while back.
It's self-coloured amber glass, mould-blown with a distinctive (hopefully) stalagmite vibe. The original lamp fittings were generic white plastic, used by many Swedish glassworks (they were totally knackered, so I had a new cap turned from oak).
The colour and style reminds me very much of lamps produced by Fåglaviks, although I've had no luck in finding a match.

Looks like knackered plastic fittings aren't entirely uncommon for these!
I did spot this site on my searches, but I couldn't find any further attributions to corroborate it.

My initial instincts were correct - it is Model 2456, designed by Paul Kedelv for Fåglavik, c.1960s.
