Can anyone help please? My partner's mother passed away earlier this year and we're in the process of clearing the house. We came across the below but cannot find anything. Inscribed on the bottom are "Caithness", "Scotland", "14-150" and "Poinsettia". Any help would be much appreciated.

Struggling with photo's :o

Nope, can't get it to work ???

This paperweight was made by Caithness Glass, Scotland. It was made in 1995, designed by William Manson which explains the WM cane alongside the flower. Yours is evidently number 14 of a proposed limited edition of 150, but in the end, 132 were actually made.
So, what help do you want? Value?? Well, as has been said many times before on these pages, you have not hit the jackpot. Caithness paperweights do not currently fetch even what was paid for them when made. And check if the side or top facets have any nicks on their edges. These weights need to be damage free. Hope this helps. Steve

Steve, many thanks for your help. As you can probably tell, I am a complete novice when it comes to these things. Didn't want to chuck it if it had any value!

Please don't chuck. Put it on ebay and it will find its value.
