Title: Glass mark on liqueur service tray - FB

I would be grateful for help with this mark which looks like "FB" on a wine or liqueur service bought in France.  The full post on Collectors Weekly can be seen on the enclosed link as I am having problems getting the pictures down to the required size for here.
Annoyingly, it is on Glasmarken Lexicon under "intricate letters" "B" but I haven't registered and they aren't letting anyone on at the moment.
