Title: ID help - red/white red twist stem cordial wine glass

Hello,

So I went out on a limb and recently purchased this little cordial glass. I know nothing about these and would love to learn more. It is small roughly 5" tall and the base has a rough unfinished pontil scar. Any help on dating and origin would be greatly appreciated.
