Title: ID help please for my paperweight

Hello, friends.  Could anyone please help me identify this paperweight.  Its colors are quite pastel with unique royal blue accent canes in the center. The base is grid with a star.  The work is very detailed and skillfully done.  Thank you.

At first glance, my vote would be Pairpoint.

Hello,

I agree with mildawg. The pale pastel colored canes are common with Pairpoint sometimes the canes are even transparent with very little pigment. The heart silhouette is also a recurring feature in many Pairpoint complex canes.
