It looks Bohemian to me, but perhaps someone more knowledgeable can confirm with more precise details.

Post by: Ivo on September 13, 2015, 09:54:06 PM: It could be anything, made anywhere in the last 100 years or so. I would look in the direction of Gus Krushtalny, or to Ajka Üveggyar. I also think it is more recent than you think.

Post by: Anne Tique on September 14, 2015, 10:40:52 AM: Just for what it's worth....I appreciate the difficulty trying to explain or give a description in a language that isn't yours ... not having English myself as the language I grew up with, I can only sympathize ... but this piece is not a vase, or a vase-boat... it's a nut bowl, which would make sense, as the décor is hazelnut...

Thank you for your valuable refinement - really nutty decor and without doubt - this is a bowl for nuts!
