ITS A LARGE CAPITAL c WITH A FIVE POINTED CROWN ABOVE IT

There is lettering which seems to say 'hand cut'  - so mabe not forreign. Cannot read the rest...

I am wondering if its a copy because the crown does not look the same as all the other Christinenhütte crowns I have seen on the net but the basics of the logo are the same...
