Title: Help identifying Tall Bohemian? Ewer

Hi all! I would appreciate help in identifying this ewer. It has a rough finish to the glass and an applied handle and swirl and it is heavy. It measures 17.5"H. Any ideas? Thank you!

Definitely relatively modern "Roman style" glass; as John says Lafiore is an option
