Bought this pwt a few months back and we decided to have a touch of restoration at the Ruskin centre, got it back today, good job eh ?

Hi Keith, nice job as usual by Richard and his team I have had a number of items repaired so to speak and have always been satisfied with the finished item.

We were very pleased, not over done for a very small fee, they were very busy today, ;D

A good example of improvement without going too far.

But what is lower part like - does it have an internal crack around the base or is there some sort of "ridge"? A straight on side view + one of the base would be good to see.

No cracks that I can see, plenty of chips, the 'fold' under the canes is just a reflection, ;D
